Autumn 2025

We’ve been incredibly busy with essential oils experts Tisserand and this Autumn proves no exception. We’ve partnered with the wonderful team at Menopause Mandate getting involved with its MEGA SURVEY for 2025 where over 15,000 women took part. Its clear better support is needed in the workplace and at home. The results were announced just before World Menopause Awareness Day with its very apt theme of Lifestyle Medicine. Tisserand has a brilliant range to help support those with Menopause symptoms - many of which were highlighted in their new report - from sleep, and stress to mood swings.

We’ve also been working closely with author, broadcaster and GP Dr Ellie Cannon, partnering with her to talk about Stress and the Menopause in support of the launch of her new book The Little Book of HRT. We’re busy placing articles across a number of magazines from Top Sante to Velvet magazine. Find one of our stress articles in Bloom magazine:

Our friends at Smoke & Fire Festival have had a fantastic summer .. and now they plan to bring us a unique dining experience by expanding its Ember Lounge VIP programme to some unusual venues and locations around the UK. Watch this space for more news .. but as a heads up .. the first is happening in February 2026 in an amazing setting nr Bury St Edmunds. More news to come!

Our continued work with not for profit TOBE-Heartsafe includes partnerships with schools and sports clubs such as Forest School in Walthamstow and the Golden Thread Alliance Trust of eight primary schools in Kent. We’ve announced some free community days for training and screening thanks to its fundraising so watch this space for more news there in the New Year.
