Matt Tebbutt … sizzling this summer at the Smoke & Fire Festival

Another busy year at Eye PR when we started the year off with category busting www.femmehealth.co.uk working with the wonderful Amy Hart to launch the first ever, online women’s fertility website. This really is a game changer for women from period to menopause and we were delighted to work with Amy and tell her very relevant fertility story.

The Summer was sizzling hot working with Matt Tebbutt, Chef and TV presenter including BBC1 food and chat show, ‘Saturday Kitchen’ and 'Food Unwrapped' on Channel 4 to support the award-winning Smoke & Fire Festival at Royal Ascot in July. He helped show off his skills of cooking with fire to the thousands expected to attend, encouraging everyone to appreciate the benefits of barbecue cooking and Maldon proved to be just as popular the month after - he chats about it here.

In other news, working with the fantastic Welsh Deputy Labour Leader Carolyn Harris MP we managed to deliver over 70 cardiac screenings for young people in Wales as part of the TOBE-Heartsafe mission to provide screenings for 14-35 year olds, alongside expanding basic life support training for everyone. We had a brilliant fundraiser earlier in the year, and our biggest thanks go to Vegan influencer and Olympian Heather Mills who bought the special ‘Piece of my Heart’ commission from street artist Bambi as part of our fundraising efforts this year. We continue to raise the profile and awareness of Sudden Arrythmic Death Syndrome and funds to deliver free places in the community. That’s why we’re donating the money we would spend on Christmas cards and postage to this not for profit.
